Authentic Yoga Teacher Training (AYTT) in Ecuador focuses on teaching students how to lead a safe and effective vinyasa flow class. We explore yoga philosophy, Sanskrit, anatomy and much more! We also discuss ashtanga, Yin & Restorative, as well as leave space for any topics that may be of particular interest to the students in the group. Our program is really a “training” and not a “retreat.” You will receive an honest 200 hours of training in 30 days, so be prepared to work hard (and have fun, too!)

Casa del Sol Surf Camp and Yoga Retreat has many new things to offer for this season. Our ocean view bamboo studio is a blissful space for our 10 + weekly Yoga and other exciting classes, that will strengthen both your body and mind! We have highly trained surf coaches on staff to teach you the ins and outs of surfing or to guide you to some of the more remote surf spots. We have a variety of surf boards available to rent and bicycles to use at your leisure. Other services – on site Spanish school, private yoga sessions, movie nights in our outdoor theatre, a lounge/bar and so much more!
